9.5 - Presentation
The story is awesome as is the presentation of the game as a whole, including the fat tour book that doubles as the DVD holder.
7 - Graphics
While there's a lot of stuff that fill out a rich environment, this is technically a pretty average looking game at best. Most impressive are the great individual character animations in cutscenes.
9.5 - Sound
Voice work is simply awesome. Some of the best I've heard. The soundtrack is also terrific. If it wasn't for the sad weapons sounds, it would be a brilliant sounding title.
9 - Gameplay
Most of the superb open-ended gameplay from earlier GTAs in a stunningly large environment. Some good new ideas need a little more improvement. AI really needs help.
9.5 - Lasting Appeal
A huge game. If you're into exploring and finding all the secrets, this should keep you entertained forever. Story gamers will find plenty to keep them occupied as well.
